Services & About
Three decades keeping Washington roofs clear of moss.
We’re a small, owner-run operation—which means the person who answers the phone is the person who looks after your roof. Here’s exactly what we do and how we do it.
We use sodium bicarbonate. No zinc, no harsh chemicals—ever.
Many roof cleaners reach for zinc sulfates or zinc strips that can stain shingles and wash toxic metal into your soil and runoff. We never do. Our moss treatment is sodium bicarbonate—organic, natural, and safe for your roof, your landscaping, your kids, and your pets. It does the job without the damage.
Organic Roof Moss Treatment
Our treatment is sodium bicarbonate—an all-organic, all-natural formula that kills moss at the root. No zinc, no zinc strips, no harsh chemicals that burn your shingles or wash toxic runoff into your garden and downspouts. Over the following weeks the moss dies back and rinses away with the rain, leaving a roof that’s protected through the wet season and safe for everything growing below it.
Moss Removal
Where moss has built up thick, we remove it by hand and with soft tools—never aggressive pressure washing that strips granules and can void your shingle warranty. The roof comes clean without the damage.
Roof & Gutter Cleaning
Pine needles, leaves, and grime trap moisture and clog gutters. We clear the roof surface and gutters so water drains the way it’s supposed to—one of the simplest ways to extend a roof’s life.
Prevention & Maintenance
Once your roof is clear, we set up a simple maintenance schedule so moss doesn’t creep back. Treat it right once, then stay ahead of it.

Our story
33 years on Washington roofs—and still climbing.
We started treating roof moss in Washington in 1993, back when most folks just let the moss win. Three decades later we’ve seen every kind of roof the Pacific Northwest can throw at us—cedar shake under old firs, asphalt shingle in the deep shade, north-facing slopes that never quite dry out.
Over those years we settled on one treatment we trust: sodium bicarbonate. It’s all organic and all natural—no zinc, no harsh chemicals that stain your roof or wash toxic runoff into your yard. We treat moss the way we’d treat our own homes. That experience is the whole point: we know which roofs need a full treatment and which just need a clean-up, and we’ll tell you the difference honestly. No upsells, no pressure—just careful work that protects the roof you already have.
